Virgin America Begins Daily Los Angeles-Honolulu Flights

DSC_0259Virgin America announced the launch of new daily, non-stop service between Los Angeles and Honolulu. The carrier will operate the flights using Airbus A320 aircraft.

Flights will depart Los Angeles International Airport at 10:35 a.m. and arrive at Honolulu International Airport at 1:25 p.m. From Honolulu, flights are scheduled to depart at 2:25 p.m. and arrive in Los Angeles at 10:55 p.m.

Additionally, Virgin America said that it will begin new daily service from Los Angeles to Maui, Hawaii on June 14. The carrier will also use Airbus A320 planes on the route.

Those flights will depart Los Angeles at 9:35 a.m. and arriving at Kahului Airport at 12:25 p.m. Flights from Maui to Los Angeles will depart at 1:40 p.m. and arrive at 9:55 p.m.

The carrier will operate both new routes using Airbus A320 aircraft, equipped with eight seats in first class, 12 in Main Cabin Select, the airline’s premium economy lite section, and 126 in economy. First-class seats are 21” wide and have a pitch of 55”.
