Qatar Airways increased its stake in International Airlines Group, the owner of British Airways, Iberia, and Aer Lingus for the second time in three weeks.

The move closely follows Qatar’s announcement last month that it held almost 12% of the company and brings its total holdings to 15.01%. Qatar initially acquired 9.99% in January 2015.

British Airways, Iberia, and Qatar are all members of the oneworld alliance.

European Union regulations limit foreign ownership of airlines to 49% and, in a statement Tuesday, Qatar said it might consider further increases in its stake in IAG in the future.

“We have been very happy with our investment in IAG,” said the airline’s CEO, Akbar Al Baker, in the statement. “The relationship formed has helped to deliver on our westbound strategy.”
