Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts announced that it will open a new property in New York City come fall. The Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown will be located in Lower Manhattan, one block from the World Trade Center.

The hotel, which will open its doors to guests on October 17, will be located in a new, 82-story building that will be the tallest residential building in the area It will have 185 guestrooms, 28 of which will be suites, as well as 157 private residences. Each guestroom will have the signature Four Seasons bed, a private panty and minibar, and a freestanding tub and separate shower in the bathrooms.

The residences at the hotel will have a separate entrance at 30 Park Place. Each will range from one to five bedroom, residents will have full access to all of the hotel’s facilities.

The Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown will have a spa with seven treatment rooms, in addition to a lap pool, and 24-hour fitness center. The hotel will also have 6,848 square feet (636 square meters) of meeting and event space, including a 2,990-square-foot (275-squre-meter) ballroom.

The hotel will house the first Wolfgang Puck restaurant in Manhattan, Cut by Wolfgang Puck, which will have its own entrance from within the hotel as well as one on Church Street.
