Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport announced the opening of a newly renovated section of its Terminal E. Phase three of the renovation process saw gates E11 through E17 refurbished, as well as the addition of new food and retail outlets.

Improvements to the gate areas include better seating, as well as charging tables. New food and shopping establishments include Love Shack at Gate E11; Marshall-Rousso at E12; Sonny Bryan’s at E13; Texas Marketplace at E15; and InMotion Entertainment at E16.

A Southwest News outlet also opened near baggage claim E13/E14, and an 1,800-space parking garage, located adjacent to Terminal E, opened Friday as well.

Additionally, a new security checkpoint at E16 is scheduled to open on May 15.

Phase four of the renovations is scheduled to begin next month, during which time gates E2 through E10 will be renewed and additional concessions will be added. Phase four, the final phase of renovations, is scheduled to be completed late next year.
