Delta Shuttle Service to Link Seattle to San Francisco, Los Angeles

DSC_0498Delta Air Lines announced that it plans to launch new Delta Shuttle service between Seattle and both San Francisco and Los Angeles on May 11. The flights will complement the carrier’s West Coast shuttle service between San Francisco and Los Angeles.

Delta will offer eight daily peak-day shuttle service flights between Seattle and the two California cities, as well as an additional two daily flights to Los Angeles beginning May 23.

Delta Shuttle service betwwen Seattle and Los Angeles will be operated using both Boeing 737-800 and Boeing 717 jets, while service between Seattle and San Francisco will be operated by Delta Shuttle service carrier Compass Airlines suing Embraer 175 jets.

Delta Shuttle service offers dedicated check-in counters for Delta Shuttle passengers, with gates located near security checkpoints. Delta Shuttle passengers also receive complimentary meals in first class, complimentary snack box in Comfort+ (the airline’s premium economy lite section), and complimentary beer, wine, and spirits in every class. Delta Shuttle flights also offer in-flight Wi-Fi.
