Brussels Airlines announced that it will introduce new menus in business class on flights to the United States, Canada, and Africa next month. The carrier partnered with well-known chef Dimitri Marit to create new items for its in-flight menus.

Brussels Airlines works with top Belgian chefs from different regions of the country every six months, and Chef Marit, from the province of Walloon Brabant, is the latest to take up the mantle.

Marit designed six different menus for the airline, utilizing products from his home region to create new items such as smoked salmon bavarois with cucumber and herring caviar, and lamb ravioli with parmesan sauce.

Chef Marit also selected beers unique to his region from the brewery Belgo Sapiens.
