Alaska to Launch Burbank-San Jose, San Diego-Sacramento Routes

DSC_0684-EDAlaska Airlines announced that it plans to add new service between San Diego and Sacramento, as well as Burbank and San Jose, California on march 16, 2017. Both routes will be operated three times a day by SkyWest Airlines, using Embraer E175 jets.

Flights from San Diego to Sacramento will depart at 7 a.m., 12:10 p.m., and 5 p.m., and will arrive at 8:43 a.m., 1:55 p.m., and 6:45 p.m., respectively. From Sacramento, flights will depart at 9:25 a.m., 2:35 p.m., and 7:25 p.m., arriving in San Diego at 11 a.m., 4:20 p.m., and 9:10 p.m.

Flights from Burbank are scheduled to depart at 8:35 a.m., 2:15 p.m., and 6:50 p.m., arriving in San Jose at 9:42 a.m., 3:22 p.m., and 7:57 p.m. Flights from San Jose to Burbank will depart at 6:50 a.m., 12:30 p.m., and 5:05 p.m., and will arrive at 7:59 a.m., 1:39 p.m., and 6:14 p.m.

The Embraer E175s are equipped with 76 seats, including 12 in first class, 12 in premium economy, and 52 in economy.
