New Aloft Hotel to Open on World’s Largest Man-Made Island in Dubai

Starwood Hotels and Resorts announced that it will open a new Aloft brand hotel in Dubai next year. The Aloft Dubai, the Palm will be located on the Palm Jumeirah, a palm tree-shaped man-made archipelago in the Persian Gulf.

The property will have 192 guestrooms, ten of which will be suites. Guests of the hotel will have access to a 1,640-foot (500-meter) stretch of private beach, with sun beds and a gazebo.

Guest will be able to dine at the brand’s signature W XYZ Bar, as well as two additional restaurants, which have yet to be announced. A 24-hour grab-and-go market will also be located on the premises.

The hotel will have 100 square meters of meeting and event space, and complimentary Wi-Fi will be available throughout the entire property. Additionally, the property will offer a fitness center and outdoor pool.

The Palm Jumeirah is the world’s largest man-made island. The Aloft Dubai, the Palm will be located on the right side of the palm crescent.
