Delta, KLM, Jet Airways to Begin Codeshare

Delta Air Lines announced it entered into a new codeshare agreement with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and Jet Airways. The agreement is set to take effect on March 27.

Under the terms of the agreement, Jet Airways will be able to place its code on KLM-operated flights from Amsterdam to 30 destinations across Europe, including major cities such as Berlin, Brussels, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Madrid, Manchester, Prague, Stockholm, Vienna, and Zurich.

The Indian carrier will also be allowed to place its code on KLM and Delta flights to 11 cities throughout the United States and Canada, including Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, Newark, San Francisco, Calgary, Edmonton, Montreal, Vancouver, and Washington, D.C.

Additionally, KLM and Delta will be able to place their codes on Jet Airways’ daily, non-stop flights between Amsterdam and both Mumbai and Delhi. Both KLM and Delta will also be able to place their respective codes on Jet Airways service to various Indian destinations from Mumbai and Delhi, such as Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Goa, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Kochi, Kolkata, and Amritsar.
