Aer Lingus to Add Flights for Boston College-Georgia Tech Game in Dublin in September

DSC_0632Aer Lingus announced that it will add two extra round-trip flights between Boston and Dublin, Ireland during the first week of September for the Aer Lingus College Football Classic between Boston College and Georgia Tech. The game is scheduled for Saturday, September 3 in Dublin’s Aviva Stadium.

Aer Lingus currently operates twice daily service between Boston and Dublin. The carrier’s extra flights for the game will be operated on September 1 and September 5.

The flights will add 1,000 additional seats to the route during those dates.

The game will be the third time in five years that an American college football match will be held in Ireland.
