DSC_0723Delta Air Lines announced that it has partnered with the Union Square Café to offer several of the restaurant’s dishes onboard select flights beginning March 1.

Passengers flying in Delta One cabin on trans-Atlantic routes will be able to enjoy creations from Union Square Café executive chef Carmen Ouagliata such as beef short rib stracotta and Gulf Shrimp and polenta.

Other dining options will include Union Square Café’s classic roasted chicken breast and a baked paccheri basil cream pasta.

Although dishes from the restaurant’s chef will be available onboard Delta flights, Union Square Café in New York City is currently closed while it moves to a new location on East 19th Street. The iconic restaurant is scheduled to reopen later this spring.
