Delta Hotels Becomes Part of Marriott Rewards

DSC_0373Marriott International, which acquired Delta Hotels in April 2015, announced that the Canadian hotelier was joining the Marriott Rewards guest loyalty program.

Delta Hotels has properties in major Canadian cities and tourist destinations including Toronto, Ottawa, and Kelowna, the latter being the location of the Delta Grand Okanagan Resort. Effective immediately, Marriott Rewards members can earn points by staying at these and 18 other properties in Canada and one property in Orlando, Florida. Fourteen additional Delta properties will join Marriott Rewards at the end of April.

Marriott Rewards members can earn points or miles as well as Elite night credits at participating Delta Hotels, and can also redeem points for free stays. In addition, members of the Delta Privilege loyalty program will become part of the Marriott Rewards family and will be able to earn and redeem points at all Marriott properties.

Members of the Delta Privilege program will also be eligible for a special promotion that offers a 25% discount as well as breakfast for two at Delta properties through April 30, 2016.
