JetBlue to Launch Service from Fort Lauderdale to Aguadilla, Increase Frequency on Baltimore, FLL Flights to Boston

DSC_0264JetBlue Airways announced it will begin new daily service to Aguadilla, Puerto Rico from Fort Lauderdale on May 5, 2016. In addition, the carrier said that it would increase frequency from Boston to both Fort Lauderdale and Baltimore.

Flights to Aguadilla will depart Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport at 11:55 p.m. and arrive at Rafael Hernández Airport in Puerto Rico at 2:29 a.m. the next day. From Aguadilla, flights are scheduled to depart at 3:25 a.m. and arrive in Fort Lauderdale at 5:59 a.m.

JetBlue will operate the service using Embraer E190 aircraft, equipped with 16 seats in Even More Space, the carrier’s premium economy lite section, and 84 seats in economy. Seats in Even More Space are 18.25” wide and have a pitch of 39”.

The new service will complement the carrier’s existing routes to Puerto Rico from New York and Orlando.

Also beginning May 5, the New York-based airline will add an extra daily flight between Boston’s Logan International Airport and Fort Lauderdale, as well as between Boston and Baltimore-Washington International Airport.
