Hawaiian to Launch Tokyo Narita-Honolulu Route

Hawaiian Airlines announced that it will begin new daily service between Tokyo Narita International Airport and Honolulu International Airport on July 2 of next year. The carrier will operate the service using Airbus A330-200 aircraft.

Flights will depart Honolulu at 3:30 p.m. and arrive at Tokyo Narita at 7 p.m. the next day. From Tokyo, flights will then depart at 9 p.m. and arrive back in Honolulu at 9:55 a.m.

Hawaiian Airlines’ Airbus A330-200s are equipped with 18 seats in first class, 40 seats in Extra Comfort, the carrier’s premium economy lite section, and 236 seats in economy. First-class seats are 18.5” wide, and have a pitch of 45” to 46”.

The route will be the carrier’s second between Tokyo and the Hawaiian city, after its daily Tokyo Haneda-Honolulu route.
