Delta and KLM to Launch Codeshare with Jet Airways

Delta Air Lines and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines announced plans to begin a codeshare agreement with India’s Jet Airways on March 27, 2016.

On that date, Delta and KLM will begin putting their respective codes on Jet Airways flights from Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport to New Delhi and Mumbai, India.

Additionally, Jet Airways will be able to place its code on Delta and KLM flights from Amsterdam to 11 destinations throughout the United States and Canada, including New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport, Newark, Chicago, Houston, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, Edmonton, and Washington, D.C.

The Indian carrier will also be allowed to place its code on KLM flights to 30 destinations throughout Europe form Schiphol, such as Madrid, Zurich, and Milan.
