Hong Kong Airlines to Link Hong Kong with Krabi, Thailand and Kumamoto, Japan

DSC_0121Hong Kong Airlines announced it will launch new daily flights from Hong Kong to Krabi, Thailand on November 13, as well as twice weekly flights to Kumamoto, Japan on December 14. The carrier will operate both routes using Airbus A320 aircraft.

Flights to Krabi will depart at 12:50 a.m. and arrive at 3:30 a.m., with return flights scheduled to depart at 4:30 a.m. arriving in Hong Kong at 8:50 a.m. The service will be the first non-stop route between Hong Kong and Krabi.

The airline’s flights to Kumamoto will depart at 11:00 a.m. on Mondays and at 12:00 noon on Fridays, arriving at 3:00 p.m. and 4:10 p.m., respectively. From Kumamoto, flights will depart at 4:00 p.m. on Mondays and 6:10 p.m. on Fridays, arriving at 7:05 and 9:00 p.m. The upcoming service between Hong Kong and Kumamoto will be the only non-stop route between the two cities.

With the new routes, the airline will be offering 49 weekly flights between Hong Kong and Thailand, and 26 weekly flights between Hong Kong and Japan.
