Brussels Airlines to Launch New Routes to Crete, Belfast, and Jerez, Spain

Brussels Airlines announced that it will launch service to three new destinations next summer, as well as expand service to winter destinations into summer. The carrier also said that it plans to increase service on various existing routes.

New destinations next summer will include Jerez, located in the south of Spain, which will be the carrier’s third route to the Andalusia region of the country, and the Greek island of Crete. Additionally, the airline will launch service to Belfast, Ireland, which will be the first non-stop route between Brussels and Northern Ireland.

The carrier will also extend two winter routes, Brussels-Tenerife and Brussels- Las Palmas/Gran Canaria, through next summer.

Increased summer flights will include service to Edinburgh, Scotland, and both Lisbon and Porto, Portugal. The airline will also expand flights to destinations such as Manchester, England, and Alicante and Malaga, Spain, as well as Venice, Italy, and Vilnius, Lithuania.
