Air China Begins Non-Stop Chengdu-Osaka, Chengdu-Tokyo Routes

Air China announced the launch of new non-stop service linking Chengdu with both Osaka as well as with Tokyo.

The flights replace the carrier’s original Chengdu-Shanghai-Osaka and Chengdu-Beijing-Tokyo routes, and passengers can now able fly directly between Chengdu and the Japanese cities of Osaka and Tokyo.

Air China’s new Chengdu-Osaka service will operate three times a week, with flights departing Chengdu at 11:50 a.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, arriving in Osaka at 5:00 p.m. From Osaka, flights will depart at 6:00 p.m. and arrive in Chengdu at 10:05 p.m.

Flights from Chengdu to Tokyo will depart at 3:30 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, arriving in Tokyo at 9:00 p.m. Flights from Tokyo to Chengdu are scheduled to depart at 8:50 a.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays arriving at 1:50 p.m.
