United to Add 18 Embraer E175 Regional Jets in Agreement with SkyWest

DSC_0825United Airlines will add a number of new regional jets to its fleet thanks to an amended agreement with SkyWest Airlines.

The Utah-based airline announced the amendment with United and will operate an additional 18 Embraer E175 jets on behalf of the carrier.

The new aircraft will be equipped with 76 seats in a two-class configuration.

The jets will also have on-board Wi-Fi.

The aircraft are scheduled to be delivered beginning late next year, with all aircraft delivered by the middle of 2017.
