Icelandair’s Saga Lounge at Keflavik International Airport

Icelandair announced that it will add a third weekly flight to its summer service between Portland, Oregon and Reykjavik next year.

The seasonal service will operate between May 11 and October 26, 2016, with the additional flight being offered between June 5 and October 16, 2016.

The original twice-weekly flights will operate on Wednesdays and Fridays, while the new flight will operate on Sundays. Icelandair will operate the flights using Boeing 757-200 aircraft configured with 183 seats, 22 in Saga class and 161 in coach.

From its hub at Keflavik International Airport, Icelandair offers connections to 12 cities in the United States including Anchorage, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Minneapolis, New York, Orlando, and Seattle, four in Canada, over 20 destinations throughout Scandinavia, the United Kingdom, and Continental Europe.
