The hotel has 126 guestrooms, and offers complimentary Wi-Fi Internet.  The property also has 3,300 square feet (306 square meters) of meeting and event space.

The hotel offers complimentary breakfast, and a 24-hour gallery menu is available featuring sandwiches and salads.  Guests can also enjoy coffee, beer, wine, and cocktails at the property’s Coffee to Cocktails bar.

A heated, outdoor rooftop pool is located on the top floor of the hotel.  In addition, the property has a 24-hour fitness center that offers free ear buds for listening to music or television while working out.

As the first Hyatt Place in Honduras, the hotel features a specially commissioned art piece from Honduran artist Santos Arzu Quioto, which reflects the colors of the city.
