Alaska Airlines Begins Los Angeles-Baltimore Route

IMGP4649Alaska Airlines announced the launch of new daily, non-stop service between Los Angeles and Baltimore, Maryland.  The carrier will operate the service using Boeing 737-800 aircraft.

Flights will depart Los Angeles International Airport at 10:10 p.m. and arrive at Baltimore-Washington International Airport at 6:04 a.m. the next morning.  From Baltimore, fights will depart at 7:25 a.m. and arrive in Los Angeles at 10:40 a.m.

Alaska Airlines’ Boeing 737-800s that will operate the route are equipped with 16 seats in first class and 144 seats in economy class.  First-class seats are 21” wide, and have a pitch of 36”.

In celebration of the new service, Alaska is offering members of its Mileage Plan loyalty program double miles on the route through October 9.
