Hyatt announced that it plans to open a new property in New Orleans this fall.

When it opens, the Hyatt House New Orleans/Downtown will be connected by a sky bridge to the adjacent Hyatt Regency New Orleans.

The property will have 194 guestrooms and suites, and will occupy seven floors of a former 24-story office building.  The hotel also offers grocery shopping for guests who stay 30 or more consecutive nights.

The property also has complimentary Wi-Fi Internet, and 636 square feet (59 square meters) of meeting and event space is located on the premises.

Guests can dine at the hotel’s H Bar restaurant, and the property offers complimentary breakfast.
