Air China, South African Airways Launch Codeshare

DSC_0121Air China announced the beginning of a new codeshare agreement with South African Airways.

Under the agreement, Air China will be able to place its code on South African flights between Johannesburg and Cape Town, Durban, and Port Elizabeth, South Africa.

In addition, South African Airways will be able to put its code on Air China-operated flights between Beijing and Chengdu, Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Chongqing, China, as well as the airline’s new service between Beijing and Johannesburg, which will begin on October 29.

Tickets for the new codeshare flights will be available for purchase on August 25, for travel beginning October 29.
