Hyatt Opens New Hotel in Okinawa, Japan

Hyatt announced the opening of the Hyatt Regency Naha, Okinawa in Japan. Located in Naha, the hotel is the first Hyatt property on the island of Okinawa, and the tenth Hyatt hotel in Japan.

The 294-room hotel is decorated with themes based on Ryuku culture, including vibrant hues of red and blue, and curated pottery and glassware. Room have 40” flat screen TVs, complimentary Wi-Fi, coffee makers, and complimentary mineral water.

All of the hotel’s club rooms and suites have access to the Regency Club lounge, which is located on the top floor and features an outdoor terrace, personalized check-in and check-out, and complimentary breakfast, drinks, and evening cocktails.

The property has several restaurants and bars, including Sakuraza, which features a buffet-style breakfast and lunch, Milano Grill, which has live piano performances, and hors d’oeuvres. Adjacent to Milano is the Bar, which offers wines and cocktails, while the Lounge on the first floor of the hotel features coffees, teas, pastries, and snacks.

The hotel has an 882-square-foot (82-square-meter) meeting room that can be separated into two sections [592 square feet (55 meters) and 290 square feet (55 square meters)]. The property also has a fitness center, which offers personal yoga lessons upon request, and an outdoor pool.
