Delta to Launch New Flights to the Bahamas from Atlanta

DSC_0723Delta Air Lines announced it will launch new service from Atlanta to the Bahamas this December.  Beginning December 19, the carrier will offer flights from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport to Eleuthera and Marsh Harbour in the Abaco Island in the north Bahamas, and Georgetown, Exuma.

Flights will depart Atlanta at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesdays and Saturdays and arrive in Eleuthera at 1:00 p.m.  From Eleuthera, flights will depart at 1:40 p.m., also on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and arrive in Atlanta at 3:55 p.m.

Flights to Marsh Harbour will also operate twice weekly, with departures from Atlanta at 11:15 a.m. on Tuesdays and Saturdays, and arrival in Marsh Harbour at 1:00 p.m.  Flights from Marsh Harbour to Atlanta will depart at 1:45 p.m. on Tuesday and Saturdays, and arrive at 3:45 p.m.

Delta’s Atlanta-Georgetown service will be operated daily, with flights departing Atlanta at 10:15 a.m. and arriving in Georgetown at 12:35 p.m.  From Georgetown, flights will depart at 1:24 p.m. and arrive at 3:55 p.m.
