Four Seasons Hotels Releases New Mobile App

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts announced the debut of its new mobile app.

With the app, guests can make and manage reservations in multiple locations, as well as check in and check out, with the option to book luggage pickup and airport transfers.

A guests can also customize his stay using the app, which offers the option to request such amenities as extra pillows, toiletries, or baby gear, as well as schedule turn-down service.

The app also offers local recommendations for each individual hotel location, in addition to hundreds of personal recommendations from Four Seasons hotel concierges.  Maps with time and distance indicators and a save-and-share feature are also available on the app.

Four Seasons plans to offer the app in Arabic and Simplified Chinese in the coming months, and will provide it in additional languages in the near future.  The company also said that it will release a special version of the app tailored to the preferences of Chinese travellers by the end of the year.  The app is currently offered in English.

The Four Seasons app is available on the Apple Store, the Amazon App Store, and Google Play.
