Etihad Launches Abu Dhabi-Edinburgh Flights

DSC_4538Etihad Airways announced the launch of new daily service between Abu Dhabi and Edinburgh, Scotland.  The airline will operate the service using Airbus A330-200 aircraft.

Flights will depart Edinburgh Airport at 9:10 a.m. and arrive at Abu Dhabi International Airport at 7:40 p.m.  From Abu Dhabi, flights will depart at 2:20 a.m. and arrive in Edinburgh at 7:20 a.m.

Etihad’s A330-200s are outfitted with either 262 or 254 seats, with 22 or 18 seats in business class and 240 or 236 seats in economy.  Business-class seats are 20” wide, and have a pitch and bed length of 73”.

Edinburgh is Etihad’s first destination in Scotland, and its third in the United Kingdom, after London Heathrow and Manchester.
