The Bushwick area in Brooklyn may be home to three new hotels over the next several years.

A real estate company, All Year Management, has proposed building a seven-story, 112-room hotel at 71 White Street.  The as-of-yet unnamed property will reportedly include a restaurant, bar, gym, and some retail space.

Another hotel may be built at 27 Stewart Street.  Riverside Developers proposed a 140-room hotel there although few details are available.

Heritage Equity Partners, a real estate developer, last week filed plans for a 144-room hotel at 232 Seigel Street. The 10-story property will have a restaurant on the ground floor and 18 rooms each on floors two through nine.  The hotel’s kitchen, laundry, as well as a gym and parking will be below ground.
