Transaero’s new 737 and livery

Transaero Airlines announced a new corporate identity and livery.  The new design replaces the one that has been in use for over two decades.

The carrier showed off the new design as it took delivery of a new Boeing 737-800 on Friday.   The aircraft, which has a two-cabin configuration with business and economy cabins with a Boeing Sky Interior, will be used on medium-haul domestic and international routes.  It will offer passengers high-speed Internet and mobile communications services.  All seats have both power outlets as well as USB ports for charging mobile devices.

The design builds on the colors of the original logo and was created by StartJG, a branding consultancy based in the United Kingdom.

Transaero, which is registered in Saint Petersburg and headquartered in Moscow, operates flights on 200 domestic and international routes. Its main hubs are Moscow Vnukovo, Moscow Domodedovo and Saint Petersburg.
