JetBlue to Launch New Routes From Florida to Baltimore, Philadelphia

DSC_0264JetBlue Airways announced it will launch new routes from Orlando and Fort Lauderdale, Florida this fall.  Beginning November 12, the carrier will offer daily service between Orlando and Baltimore, Maryland, and starting November 19 twice-daily service between Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Fort Lauderdale.

Flights will depart from Baltimore-Washington International Airport at 11:20 a.m. and arrive at Orlando International Airport at 1:56 p.m.  From Orlando, flights will depart at 2:42 p.m., arriving in Baltimore at 5:15 p.m.

Philadelphia-Fort Lauderdale flights will depart Philadelphia International Airport at 7:30 a.m. and 1:05 p.m. and arrive at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport at 10:09 a.m. and 3:50 p.m., respectively.  Flights from Fort Lauderdale to Philadelphia will depart at 9:45 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., arriving at 12:21 p.m. and 9:13 p.m.

JetBlue’s Airbus A320s are configured with 42 seats in Even More Space, the airline’s premium economy lite section, and 108 seats in coach.  Premium economy lite-seats are 17.8” wide, and have a pitch of 38” to 39”.

Also on November 12, the airline will begin previously-announced service between Baltimore and Fort Lauderdale.
