New Hyatt Centric Hotel Opens in Chicago

Hyatt announced the opening of the Hyatt Centric the Loop Chicago.  The establishment is part of the company’s new brand of Hyatt Centric hotels, properties that are unique to the cities they are situated in, with respect to artwork, furniture, food, and beverages.

The hotel is located in a 22-story, 1927 art deco office building originally designed by Frank Chase in the famous Loop neighborhood of the city.  The hotel has 275 guestrooms, including 13 suites, each with refrigerators, flat screen TVs, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Approximately 2,540 square feet (235 square meters) of meeting and event space is located on the premises.

The property also has a French bistro called Cochon Volant Bakery Brasserie and Bar.  In addition, the hotel has a rooftop bar, Aire.
