Starwood Hotels and Resorts announced that it plans four new properties in Mexico over the next two years.  The company will open the Sheraton Chihuahua Soberano hotel this November, with the Aloft Tijuana, Aloft Coatzacoalcos and Aloft Poza Rica set to open by the end of 2017.

The Sheraton Chihuahua Soberano will be the sixth Sheraton property in the country, and will have 194 guestrooms and 10 suites.  The property will also have two restaurants and over 14,000 square feet (1,300 square meters) of meeting and event space.

The Aloft Tijuana will offer 150 guestrooms, as well as an outdoor pool.  The property will also have the brand’s signature W XYZ bar.

Located on the Gulf of Mexico in the southern part of the country, the Aloft Coatzacoalcos will have 133 guestrooms, while the Aloft Poza Rica will offer 127 rooms.  Both properties will have a fitness center, a W XYZ Bar, and an outdoor pool.
