JAL to Launch Codeshare with TAM Airlines

DSC_0055Japan Airlines announced that it plans to begin a codeshare agreement with Brazilian carrier TAM Airlines on March 25.

Under the agreement, JAL will be able to place its code on six TAM-operated international routes, as well as 21 TAM routes in Brazil.

In addition, members of JAL’s Mileage Bank loyalty program will be able to earn and redeem miles on the flights.

JAL currently codeshares on various flights to Brazil with American Airlines.
