Starwood to Launch New App for Meeting Management
Meeting planners who are members of Starwood’s Preferred Guest loyalty program can use the app to submit on-property requests for services related to business meetings, including a change in lighting, coffee service, and extension cords, among others.
The app is currently in a trial period at various Starwood properties, including the W Singapore – Sentosa Cove, the Westin Singapore, the Sheraton Atlanta Airport, the W Atlanta Midtown, and the Westin Charlotte.
Starwood said that it expects to rollout the app to the rest of its properties beginning in 2016.
