A flat screen TV, above a set of drawers and the room’s coffee and tea makers, faced the bed. A cushioned bench could be pulled out from under the drawers providing extra space for sitting. A smallish closet was located next to the television, but it was sufficient for the clothes that needed to be hung.

The bathroom had a corner sink, with no counter space to speak of. Instead, amenities were displayed neatly on the top of the toilet tank, and towels were placed on a shelf above it. Despite the small footprint, the bathroom had a nicely-sized walk-in shower that provided excellent water pressure and a consistent temperature.

A wooden desk next to the dresser provided an adequate amount of workspace and was paired with a comfortable ergonomic chair. A lamp with outlets was on top of the desk, and complimentary Wi-Fi was provided.

The property’s business center, in the form of three computers and a printer, is open 24-hours, and is located in the lobby. A separate bar area in the lobby may be reserved for private meetings and events.

A fitness center, open from 7:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m., is outfitted with treadmills, bike machines, and free weights, and is located on the third floor. Additionally, the hotel is located a mere two blocks from the subway system, so the entirety of the Big Apple is a mere subway fare away.

The hotel’s restaurant, St. George Tavern, is adjacent to the lobby and is accessible directly from the street.
