Westin Buffalo to Debut in New York

Screen Shot 2015-01-29 at 10.39.31Starwood Hotels and Resorts announced that it will open a new Westin hotel in Buffalo, New York in June 2016.  The Westin Buffalo will occupy the first five stories of a 12-story mixed use development.

The hotel will have 118 guestrooms, and will have a separate entrance and lobby.  The property will have a fitness center, as well as a bar and grab-and-go market.

The hotel will have 4,000 square feet (371 square meters) of indoor event space, as well as 6,000 square feet (557 square meters) of outdoor meeting and event space.

The property will be located within walking distance of various attractions, such as the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center, First Niagara Center, and the HarborCenter, and will be approximately 10 miles (16 kilometers) from Buffalo Niagara International Airport.
