American to Launch Six New Routes in Mexico, Caribbean, Latin America

DSC_0629American Airlines announced it will add six new routes throughout Mexico, the Caribbean, and Latin America this summer.

Beginning June 4, the airline will launch daily service between Los Angeles International Airport and Guadalajara, Mexico, as well as daily flights between Miami International Airport and Barranquilla, Colombia.

Also on June 4, American will begin service between Miami and Monterrey International Airport.  The carrier will operate the service six times a week.

Beginning June 6, the Fort Worth-based carrier will launch service between Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and Owen Roberts International Airport in the Cayman Islands.  Flights will operate once a week, on Saturdays.

The airline will also begin service between Dallas/Fort Worth and Managua, Nicaragua on June 6, with flights to Managua operating on Saturdays, and flights to Dallas/Fort Worth set to operate on Sundays.  Also on June 6, American will begin flights between Los Angeles International Airport and Belize City, Belize, which the carrier will operate on Saturdays and Sundays.
