Southwest Airlines announced that its customer service agents and customer representatives voted in favor of a new four-year contract.

The two workgroups, represented by the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, will be covered by an agreement that calls for pay increases as well as performance-based bonuses.

The airline termed the contract “lucrative,” adding that it will allow those employees to benefit from the Southwest’s “outstanding 2014 financial accomplishments.”

Southwest Airlines is 83% unionized and is currently in negotiation with six of its 12 unions.
