New Element Hotel Opens in New Hampshire

Starwood announced the opening of the Element Hanover-Lebanon in Lebanon, New Hampshire.  The hotel is the first Element property to open in the state.

The Element Hanover-Lebanon has 120 guestrooms, each with kitchens and 40” LCD TVs.  In addition, complimentary Wi-Fi Internet is available throughout the entire hotel.

The hotel has a 24-hour fitness center and indoor saline pool, and guests can take advantage of the hotel’s complimentary bikes.  It also has 300 square feet (27 square meters) of meeting and event space.

The Element offers guests a complimentary breakfast, as well as a free shuttle that will take guests anywhere within a ten-mile radius of the property.

The Element Hanover-Lebanon is part of a mixed-use development that includes 300,000 square feet (27,870 square meters) of office space, 42,000 square feet (3,901 square meters) of retail space, and approximately 160 residential units.  The hotel is located a few minutes from Dartmouth College.
