Trump Hotel Collection announced it will open a new property in Baku, the capital city of Azerbaijan, in June 2015.

The 33-story Trump International Hotel & Tower Baku will have 189 guestrooms, as well as 72 residences.  The building’s exterior will resemble the mast of a ship, and will be made up of metallic bronze panels and glass openings.

Residences will range in size from 904 to 9,579 square feet (84 to 849 square meters), and will be available on a long-term lease basis.  Guestrooms will begin at 645 square feet (60 square meters), and will have natural stone walls, greyed oak veneers, and lacquered wall panels.

The hotel lobby will have a cloud chandelier and spiral staircase, as well as various seating areas and artwork, in addition to travertine and gold leaf columns.  The property will also have a separate residential lobby, outfitted with beige travertine columns and backlit gold leaf textured glass.

Both residents and guests of the property will have access to the hotel’s spa and indoor pools, as well as the fitness and business center.  The Trump Baku will also have a restaurant with an open kitchen and outdoor dining.

The hotel will house 30,139 square feet (2,800 square meters) of meeting and event space, including a 5,382-square-foot (500-square-meter) ballroom.

In addition to the Trump Baku, Trump Hotel Collection plans to open properties in Vancouver, Rio de Janeiro, and Washington, D.C., in 2016.
