Delta Air Lines announced that it is now offering a private, drive-through check-in for business-class passengers flying out of London’s Heathrow Airport.

Passengers will be able to be dropped off at Virgin Atlantic’s Upper Class Wing, a private terminal that is accessed via a series of remote-controlled stanchions.  Delta is promising its passengers that they will go from car to the Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse lounge in ten minutes, thanks to a dedicated, private lane to the security checkpoint in Terminal 3.

Passengers are welcomed curbside by name, escorted to a check-in desk, and then continue on to the security checkpoint and Clubhouse.

The service needs to be reserved within one month of traveling but not less than 14 hours prior to the flight’s departure time.
