Cachet Hotel Group announced it will debut its Cachet brand of hotels in Chengdu, China, in 2016.  The Cachet Hotel will be located in Jinbao Plaza, a mixed-use development that will also include office and commercial space, a financial center, and a shopping mall.

The hotel will have a glass façade and 191 guestrooms, and what the company calls a “West meets East” theme.  Rooms will be furnished with Chinese motifs, woodcarvings, local sculptures, and silk textures.

Each room will also have tablets that guests can use to view an entertainment menu, as well as access concierge services, in-room dining, laundry, and housekeeping.

The hotel’s restaurant, Le Sheng, will feature Chinese cuisine from all corners of the country.  A spa will also be located on the premises.

The property will also have a bar and lounge, Eden, which will feature a variety of cocktails, guest DJs, and live music performances.

Cachet Hotels Group is based in Hong Kong, and currently manages four hotel brands, including Nano, Urbn, and Cachet.  The company was founded in 2013.
