Alaska Airlines announced it will begin new daily, non-stop flights between Seattle and Washington Dulles International Airport on March 11 next year.  Once the new flights begin, Alaska will offer service from Seattle to all three Washington D.C.-area airports, including Washington Reagan and Baltimore/Washington International.

Flights will depart Seattle at 9:20 a.m. and arrive at Washington Dulles at 5:20 p.m.  From Dulles, flights, will depart at 6:20 p.m., and arrive in Seattle at 9:15 p.m.

In celebration of the new service, Alaska is offering one-way fares starting at $169 on the route, for travel by June 6, 2015.  Tickets must be purchased by November 19.

In addition, members of the airline’s Mileage Plan loyalty program will be able to earn double miles on flights between Seattle and Dulles.
