Alaska Airlines to Launch Seattle-Milwaukee, Seattle-Oklahoma City, Portland-St. Louis Routes
Alaska Airlines announced it will add three new routes next July, two from Seattle and one from Portland, Oregon. The carrier is expanding its partnership with SkyWest Airlines, and will operate the new flights using SkyWest Embraer E175 planes under a capacity purchase agreement.
Beginning July 1, 2015, Alaska will offer daily service between Seattle and Milwaukee. Flights will depart Seattle at 9:35 a.m. and arrive in Milwaukee at 3:10 p.m., with return flights departing Milwaukee at 3:50 p.m. and arriving in Seattle at 5:55 p.m.
The carrier will also begin daily flights to Oklahoma City on July 1. Flights will depart Seattle at 10:30 a.m. and arrive in Oklahoma City at 4:00 p.m., while flights to Seattle will depart Oklahoma City at 4:40 p.m. and arrive at 6:30 p.m.
From Portland, the airline will begin service to St. Louis on July 1. Flights are scheduled to depart Portland at 10:15 a.m. and arrive in St. Louis at 3:55 p.m., with flights from St. Louis to Portland departing at 4:35 p.m. and arriving at 6:45 p.m.
The Embraer E175s are configured with 12 seats in first class and 64 in economy.
