New Hyatt Place Hotel Opens in Panama City

Hyatt announced the opening of the Hyatt Place Panama City/Downtown hotel in Panama.  The hotel is the first Hyatt property to open in the country.

The hotel has 165 guestrooms, each with sofas and 42” swiveling HD TVs.  The property also provides a 24-hour gym, a rooftop pool, and a self-service laundry facility.

The hotel offers 4,500 square feet (418 square meters) of meeting and event space, including five meeting rooms.  Complimentary Wi-Fi Internet is also available throughout the entire property.

The hotel also provides a complimentary breakfast buffet, as well as a 24-hour gallery menu featuring made-to-order entrées and appetizers.  A bar featuring specialty coffees, premium beers, wines, and cocktails is also located on the premises.

The Hyatt Place Panama City/Downtown is located in the banking district of Panama City, close to the Atlapa Convention Center and Calle Uruguay.  The property is situated 25 minutes from Tocumen International Airport.
