JetBlue Begins Four New Routes From Fort Lauderdale

DSC_0453JetBlue Airways announced the launch of four new routes from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.  The carrier now offers daily flights from the Florida airport to Pittsburgh, Las Vegas, and Cartagena, Colombia, as well as twice daily service to Jacksonville, Florida.

Flights to Pittsburgh depart Fort Lauderdale at 6:10 p.m. and arrive at 8:49 p.m., with flights from Pittsburgh to Fort Lauderdale departing at 7:10 a.m. and arriving at 9:54 a.m.

Flights from Fort Lauderdale to Las Vegas depart at 7:20 p.m. and arrive at 9:50 p.m.  Return flights from Las Vegas depart at 10:41 p.m. and arrive at 6:01 a.m.

To Cartagena, flights depart at 12:02 p.m. and arrive at 1:50 p.m.  From Cartagena, flights depart at 2:46 p.m. and arrive in Fort Lauderdale at 6:48 p.m.

Flights to Jacksonville depart at 7:00 a.m. and 4:45 p.m., and arrive in Fort Lauderdale at 8:15 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., respectively.  Jacksonville-Fort Lauderdale flights depart at 8:52 a.m. and 5:20 p.m., and arrive at 10:03 a.m. and 6:31 p.m.

JetBlue said that by 2017, it plans to offer 100 daily flights out of Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.  The carrier currently offers up to 75 daily flights from the Florida airport.
