Occupying the site of the former Comfort Inn in on West 35 Street, the hotel will undergo significant renovations starting in January 2015. Renovations are scheduled to be completed by the middle of next year.

Dating back to 1903, the small building first opened its doors as the Gregorian Hotel. The place originally had high ceilings and a lobby and dining room that were said to attract frequent travelers.
