Starwood announced the opening of the Element Frankfurt Airport hotel in Germany.   The property is located in Gateway Gardens, the new business district of the city, adjacent to Frankfurt International Airport.

The Element Frankfurt Airport is Starwood’s first Element brand property to open outside of North America.

The new hotel has 133 studio and one-bedroom suites, each with flat screen TVs, desks with open shelving, closets with ironing boards, fully equipped kitchens, and bathrooms with rain showers.

The hotel’s restaurant, Limónes, offers all-day dining, and serves regional Spanish cuisine from 7:00 am. through midnight.  The property also offers guests complimentary breakfast, as well as a 24-hour grab-and-go gourmet food pantry.

A business center is also located on the premises, as is a 24-hour fitness center and 24-hour laundry facilities.  In addition, complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access is available throughout the entire hotel.
