Air China to Begin Second Daily Flight Between Beijing and London Heathrow

Air China announced that it will add a second daily flight to its Beijing-London Heathrow service on October 26.  The additional flight will operate using Airbus A330-200 aircraft and the carrier will also begin using A330-200s on its other flight connecting the two cities as of October 26.

The airline’s new flights will depart Beijing at 2:30 p.m. and arrive in London at 5:50 p.m.  From London, flights will depart at 8:25 p.m. and arrive in Beijing at 2:45 p.m. the next day.

Air China’s A330-200s are configured with 36 seats in business class and 215 in economy class. Seats in business class are 21” wide, and have a pitch of 80”.

Earlier this year, Air China launched new service from Beijing to Washington Dulles International Airport.
